Apuran River’s condition that crosses Kapuk Urban Village to Kedaung Kaliangke Urban Village worsened. Besides filled with rubbish and weeds, the river is getting shallow because mud.

River width decreased to less than one meter due to stone material and debris generated from illegal building demolition some time ago.

Jakarta Reservoir and River Normalization Executive Coordination, Heriyanto said, his side will normalize Apuran River. Currently, the normalization process still delayed because the budget disbursement problem.

"We will also build inspection road along 2.8 kilometer on Apuran riverbank," explained Heriyanto.
